I was wondering if their was any intrest in the usa for laser cut pre-bent parts. I have a supplier that will make them here in the us. i am just testing the waters to see if their are more people like me intrested in parts before i contact my supplier. here is his price list per part. i make nothing off of the sales

You may want to check out Joe Mclain's post here http://www.mechmate.com/forums/showthread.php?t=604. He has shipped a lot of sets and the guys are real happy with his parts. I believe he is a lot cheaper than what you are getting quoted. I had the same problem in Canada, most suppliers dont want small orders so they charge a lot to make it worth their while. :(

Joe's sells his parts for under 500 with out shipping. I ordered and am using his parts. The tolerances are excellent. Sean welded up the gantry yesterday and it was very square. You can't go wrong with Joe's supplier.
