The main material is fiberglass.

The video gives no real information on the material properties. I suspect the rigidity would be poor for a large table. However I suspect the main issue would be price. It is probably cheaper to use steel.

Hi, none of those videos add much in the way of information. If you feel confident it can do the job and you can find profiles available that you can substitute into the plans then give it a go and post your findings here.
