From the video and some other references, it looks like the use of Trochoidal milling is the real technique. I have will defintely have to do a little more research on that and maybe give it a try.

I think it's an alchemy of the right elements and right mesure.
Trochoidal milling is the fundamental elemet, but you need the right chip load, the right ramp cutting .... I still need to study :-)
