I am upgrading my MechMate, and I just ordered an Ethernet controller from http://cncdrive.com/UC400ETH.html . Officially the Mach3 driver is not officially released, but I've talked to Balazs and he will provide me a beta test version.
Here a preview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25FtHEo4Ujo .
I Already had experience with the UC100 and UC300 with different machines and their products are very good.

Why would you not use their UCCNC cnc control software?

Yes, UCCNC proves far better motion than Mach3.
I'll be switching to it when I get my new machine built.

Danilo, Ger,
I have read some positive feedback (in particular the Ger's one :-) )
So I want to try UCCNC ... I am just somewhat recalcitrant to switch from something I am use to it to something unknown. The large comunity is the great advantage of Mach3 ... but UCCNC cost less than 1/3, it has compability with Mach3 XML configuration ... and with yours influential opinion
Danilo do you use it ?
Thanks
