Forum.
I have not used the product I am linking to here, but I have cut sign vinyl on my MM in the past using a 1/4" drag knife in my Porter Cable router collet and having the spindle "free wheel".

This might be a nice product to add to kit in the shop.

I used a holder like this one, very economical
http://www.ebay.com/itm/15pcs-30-45-60-degrees-vinyl-cutter-plotter-ROLAND-blades-ROLAND-Blade-holder-/221928567364?hash=item33abf93244:g:I0IAAOSwhkRWdXV x

mounted on the side of the spindle with two bushings so it can float (like floating head for plasma cutters), also for cutting different vinyl I added or subtracted shims (weights) on top, so it had correct pressure to the vinyl.

You can get cad files to cut your own from this guy. Looks like one that is similar to
another commercial drag knife that uses utility blades.

Heath, I just got the plans for that one the other day, cost me 'a beer'. Hoping to cut one within a couple of weeks, I post images.

I have some leftover aluminum that should work fine, I might give it a try this weekend. Should be fun. :)
