After two years of use my bearings gave up after some MDF routing.

Spindle is very easy to disassemble, inside are two angular contact bearings in the nose 7005 and one 7002 on top. Very strangely arranged but ok...

After looking at spending 300$ on these three bearings I found a good source (SKF) and bought some spares for future use, he also had some cheaper brand but these were cheap enough. Idea of buying another spindle with chinese bearings was out of question as I will be upgrading to a more powerfull one in the future and don't want 2 of these :)

Will post pictures later after assembly, anyone interested in these bearings can contact me.

Danilo, did the $300 include the spares?

Oh! and which bearing(s) actually failed?

First lower 7005 bearing failed but others have some marks on the bearing balls to so they are not far from failing too
Yes I got a paired set of 7002 and one spare 7005, they are all ABEC 7 = ISO Class 4 = DIN P4 2.5um runout rated

Danilo,
Angular contact ball bearings, SKF high- and super-precision?

Yes, I have pictures somewhere but I forgot to upload them here to show.

Can't dig them out on my laptop, I'm away from home now but will post them soon as I find them.

Here it is

Grease I used is LGLT 2, I wanted LGLC2 but it seems it is not manufactured anymore.
I asked for KLUBER Isoflex NBU 15 but they asked an arm and a leg for it ... around 250 EUR for 200gr :) no smaller packs.
