Hello everyone,

I decided to go with the Hitachi X200 3hp and the 1.5kw Chinese spindle but have been pulling my hair trying to get it to work right.

I can get it to run ok my problem is it keeps throwing a E07 code overvoltage due to regeneration energy from the spindle as it decelerates.

I've increased the deceleration time as high as 150 seconds but it still faults. I reset it to default settings and have the following basic settings.

A001-00
A002-02
A003-400
A004-400
A082-220
B012-10
H003-1.5kw
H004-2

I know a few members have this vfd, any help, suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Ross,

I am using 1 phase 240 input to the VFD, and the spindle is the same but 3phase.

Ill plug these in with the 1.5kw settings and see how it does.

Thanks for the info

I figured out the problem was my wiring to the spindle. Now it's running like it should.
