Dovetails more trouble than they're worth?
This isn't a new idea, it's been done before, but not with a CNC router as far as I know. These were cut with a 1/4" straight bit. The "pins" side was cut with the panel held vertically at the end of the table.
The biggest challenge is registering zero in precisely the right location.
