Thats teak wood slab of 2x3 ft, cost 200USD eq, rough finish took 2hrs, relief took 6 and v bit carving took 4 hrs, started 6 am finished noext morning 1 am.

roughing - 8mm router bit
relief - 3mm ball nose
v bit - 20 degree 3mm dia v bit

Irfan, didn't anybody tell you that you cannot do a job like that with open loop steppers? Were you not supposed to be using servos? How did you fix the marks caused by the lost steps? ;);)

Ah - yes the work is fantastic - but I have just used the relief and changed a couple of tools and waited it out :)

The true credit goes to my Artcam guru for the relief and Mechmate (our beloved G') for executing it out.
