Lekkers is our direct translation of sweets. Lekker is also the translation of nice.

Gerald about 3 weeks a year, owners stay in England and that only during December. There are 6 bathrooms all ensuite with all the bells and whistles. The ceasar stone for the kitchen and scullery cost more than all the board material that I used in the house.Wish I could be paid in pounds:)

I was bored the other day so thought I would see if my MM can write so this is what came out of it. It took 9 minutes with the speed set at 25 mm per second.I had it at 60 mm per second wich rocked the whole machine actually gave me a fright but the rep that was standing next to me thought it was something else.He could not beleive it ( one of those who didn`t believe me when I was putting all the chunks of steel together.)

Cutting text like that sure shakes the MM around, and then you wonder if you shouldn't have built it even heavier!

hennie
Wed 24 June 2009, 11:07
Next time I will reduce the cutting speed even more.

Wed 24 June 2009, 11:43
Nah, we cut that sort of sign at 40mm/sec, with the machine shaking quite a bit, but the sign quality doesn't suffer.

I don't like my BBB to shake as well. For me that don't have to worry about production etc. I also prefer to slow down....give me more time to watch it performing it's magic....it's nearly as interesting as doing B&W photo developing...when that image appears it's MAGIC. Lekker speel Hennie.

Are you sure Hennie? It does look yellow.:D
I phone the PG rep. and all! He told me that they do not deal with bad quility mdf (the yellow imported one). Tells me the yellow one is made from rubber tree shavings, imported from China! Can you believe that.
I told him what he was talking. He did not understand that as well.;)
