i try to offer people without the facilities the offer of supplying materials or fabrication of parts , after 26 years + , i think i have some experience in cnc manufacturing to offer

we build full size Locomotives as well as models , incl gas Turbines , one guy called me that many years ago and it stuck ! ha ha .

Hi all, just a quick note to say I took delivery of all the laser cut components from Dave last week and am very impressed with the results. I ordered all the profile cut parts and had those that required bending also done by Dave. They arrived very well packaged and the quality of the steel and cuts were to a high level. Will post a picture of his work when I work out how to post a picture!

I have to agree with Chris, I also had laser parts a couple of weeks ago, I chose to have someone produce them who was already familiar with the mechmate so contacted Dave. He was very helpful and the parts were excellent quality.

I also got parts from cncbasher and Im very happy with them so far. :)
Looks very good but havent checked all (cant imagine anyone being bad considering all so far have been flawless)

i notice by some posts , people are having problems sourcing the Gauge plate for the Z Axis ( 10 40 334 ) 6mm x 100mm x your length (not drilled ).
available lengths 500mm & 1m
we do stock this and can cut to your length & drill if people have difficultys etc

Hi ive just came across this thread. Im also in the UK and looking for some parts cut. I own a large cnc plasma but i dont think it will cope with all the little holes.

Is it possible for a price to get these parts done? a price bent and un-bent would be appreciated
