Here's my lastest dust foot pic and model. It's fabricated from PVC.

Nice Greg.
Maybe I will get to actually hooking up all my dust collection next week after moving the machine. This should be a fun week for sure!

Greg,
Very nice. I hope that I can worry about dust collection soon.

Yea, it is interesting to see how many ways there are to accomplish the same objective. I like the way yours works. How did you make the hinge? Are you a skype member?

The hinge is a round outer profile with a step cut into it. A hole is drill thru the two half's for a #10 screw.
Yes, I'm a skype member.
I meant to respond last night, but I was playing with some inlay work. This MM is amazing. The detail is phenomenal and the ease with fabricating inlays is almost too easy.

Greg, does your dust foot move up and down with your router on the Z-axis? Or, is the dust foot set at a fixed height based on the material you are cutting? I think this was answered in another post by someone but I can't seem to find the post.

David,
The dust foot is attached with 4 #8 screws and Nyloc's to the router bracket. It moves with the Z axis.
