Yes it worked for me, alternatively is also available on the mach support site here (http://www.machsupport.com/docs/Mach3Mill_Install_Config.pdf) same document not sure if it's on the same server though.

Thanks all, Nils sent me a copy and I was also eventually able to download it. Now for the two-weeks of reading to figure this out!:)
